A reel of someone talking to camera does not cost the same as one with graphics and AI-generated scenes. So there are three kinds, and the price per reel drops as the pack grows.

Each reel includes up to 10, 20 or 30 minutes of footage, depending on the kind. Send it organized: one folder per reel, or your recording with the topics marked. If you send more, or unsorted, we pick the best part ourselves or charge for the selection: $17 for every extra 30 minutes.
One round of changes per reel (Pro: two), in a single list. An extra round is $15. Changing the idea after you approved it counts as a new reel.
Only Pro includes them: up to 3 shots per reel, each with one regeneration. We show you options and you choose. An extra shot is $12; an extra regeneration, $6.
The first batch arrives in 5 business days, then one batch every week. We work Monday to Friday.
A pack is used within 30 days. Whatever you do not use rolls into the next month, once.
Upfront, by payment link or bank transfer. 30-reel packs and Pro 12: half at the start, half 15 days later.
Shooting, scripts, voice-over, complex animation or 3D, commercial music (we use a licensed library), posting to your accounts and ads. We do all of that: it is quoted separately.

We work in batches, with our own workflow and a team that edits every day. Every reel is finished by an editor and checked by our head of post before it leaves.
